OCEAN, NJ (October 15, 2010)- Synergy Events is proud to announce six promotions, including Stan Phelps, Keith Green, Craig Rice, Shelley Grosman and Jason Boone to newly created positions, and Megan Kuhmann to an elevated role on the company’s account team.

Phelps was hired as Vice President of Development in 2005 and quickly stimulated record business growth for the agency. In his new role of Chief Solutions Officer, he will work more intimately with Synergy’s clients to provide event marketing solutions and branded consumer experiences. Through social media, he will also continue to position Synergy as a thought leader in the event marketing industry.

Since joining Synergy Events in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Green has spearheaded the redesign of the company’s website and the communications efforts that led to Synergy winning multiple event marketing awards and accolades, including the agency being named to Event Marketer’s “It List” of top 100 agencies for the past three years. As the new Vice President of Communications & Agency Partnerships, Green will focus on working directly with PR and marketing communications agencies on their experiential marketing needs.

Rice joined Synergy in 2007 as Vice President of Operations and has overseen the design, build and fabrication of award-winning programs, including an event that won a prestigious Ex-Award from Event Marketer. As the new Vice President of Creative, he will be responsible for concepting and creating experiential platforms and strategic brand experiences for Synergy’s clients.

An nine-year Synergy Events employee, Grosman has been promoted from Director of Team Resources to Vice President of Team Development & Finance. She will continue to manage all aspects of finance, human resources and team building initiatives for the agency.

Stan Phelps, Chief Solutions Officer, was recently a guest speaker in my grad class @ NYIT. His presentation of information and vast examples of stunts performed by Synergy Events was exemplary. Synergy Events is innovative and seems to be on the up and up on how to create a buzz and really create a "sticky" event. One should be so lucky to be apart of the Synergy Team. Thank you.
