Synergy Events Jobs: Travel Managers Wanted for Mobile Marketing Tour

Synergy Events, an Ex-Award Winner and Event Marketer “Top 100 Agency,” seeks Tour Managers with extensive promotional and event marketing experience to execute a 7-month tour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage, and educate consumers on product via key messages and onsite interactives
• Train and manage 2-5 local brand ambassadors in each market
• Emcee events to deliver key messages and gain interest with consumers
• Venue site inspections, event set up/strike, and manage onsite programming
• Transportation of event elements via large combination vehicle
• Proper maintenance and care of tour vehicle and event materials
• DOT and log book compliance
• Adherence to tour schedule and timelines
• Conduct daily/weekly administrative duties including program expense reports, written recaps, inventory and staff payroll

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of tour management experience
• Proven track record of executing successful projects
• Commercial vehicle and trailer driving experience required. Class A or B CDL preferred
• 30,000+ miles logged driving experience with a clean DMV record
• Prior emcee work, video reel and demos are encouraged to be submitted
• Clean-cut, fitness and health conscious minded individuals are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in Spanish a plus
