Steve Palecek

Steve's first intrdouction to the event marketing business was as an emcee for a major snack brand's mobile marketing tour at summer concerts. He greatly enjoyed engaging consumers and saw first-hand how positive, one-on-one interaction could positively influence opinion, that he became determined to build a career in the industry.

Almost 10 years, 30 states, 20,000 miles and numerous mobile marketing tours later, Steve has parlayed his field experience into an Account Director position that allows him to work with Synergy's partners from the company's home office in Ocean, NJ. He specializes in overseeing sampling programs and one-off PR events by acting as liaison between Synergy's clients and various vendors, venues and permit offices.

He also hires and trains street teams and brand ambassadors, and works closely with Synergy's graphic design and operations teams to bring events to life.

A music enthusiast and resident of nearby Ocean Grove, Steve is a proud father of a teenage son, Conor.
