VP Creative
Craig Rice

How to create the world's largest money machine? No concept is too daunting or too big. In fact, the more imaginable the event, the more Craig wants to produce it. He oversees a talented creative team that produces memorable, award-winning events for Synergy's clients. His domain: creativity that works.

Craig gained his knowledge through experience that took him all over the U.S. leading tours for top brands and exposing him to a multitude of concepts for events. What he learned on the road, he brings to Synergy, blending his passion for music and entertainment to create experiences that resonate with audiences.

He didn't always know this would be his path. Growing up in Central Pennsylvania, Craig was like a lot of kids with an ever-changing bucket list of dreams for his future. From athlete to businessman, scientist and entertainer, he couldn't make up his mind. However, one common thread persisted: a heart for creative expression. This led him to marketing, which has provided him with a way to apply his skills and interests.

Early on, he managed marketing and public relations for a nationally franchised entertainment complex, executing grand openings and special events across the country. Later, he toured with Pepsi on their high profile Jeff Gordon Racing account executing unforgettable trackside experiences, NASCAR hospitality events and meet and greets. By the time he landed at Synergy, Craig had amassed knowledge for both developing and executing thousands of events of all shapes and sizes.

Craig brings this know-how for getting things done to every project: including working with top agencies, production and fabrication shops and famed sports and entertainment venues. If there is someone who has just about seen it all in the industry, it's Craig. This perfectly suits him to problem-solve for clients, the part of his role he enjoys the most. He explains, "I draw from my years of touring and learning about consumer destinations, custom builds, exhibits and designs."
